Farewell, Mrs. George

This year, our beloved librarian, Mrs. George, is retiring. We asked her a few questions and these were her answers.

Q: How many years have you been at the Somerset Hills School District?
A:
"I am just completing 25 years in the Somerset Hills District this June. I started at the Bedwell School and shortly after came to BMS where I have spent most of my years."

Q: What will you miss about BMS?
A:
"I will miss the students and staff the most! They are great and have been wonderful to work with."

Q: What is your best memory of BMS?
A:
"I have so many good memories of BMS but perhaps the best is when the last renovation at BMS was completed and the library was enlarged! It was very exciting to see it and be able to arrange the library in a new way. I love the openness, the brightness with all of the windows and the computers! And of course all of the books."

Q: What is some advice you would like to give the person taking your job?
A:
"My advice to someone new is to enjoy the students, read a lot of books, have a sense of humor and most of all be yourself and enjoy being the librarian at BMS!"

Q: How do you plan to spend your time?
A:
" I hope to travel, relax and enjoy my family- and of course read a lot of books. I am leaving BMS with so many happy memories.  I consider myself very fortunate to have spent these years here."

Good Luck Mrs. George!
